  • 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
  • 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 9 inch unbaked pie crust


  • Whipped Cream


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt in a bowl.
  • Pour into crust and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Decorate the top of the pumpkin pie with whipped cream.
