Stuffing Balls

for Thanksgiving dinner!

Melt butter over medium-high heat. Then add onion and celery and cook until softened. Add seasonings.

In a large bowl, add eggs and beat with a whisk. Add chicken broth and mix to combine.

Gently fold in slices of bread and parsley. Add onion/celery mixture into the bowl and mix everything.

Add mixture evenly into muffin pans, filling them up to make about 20-24 muffins.

Bake until crispy on top. Easy peasy! Remove from the oven and place stuffing balls on a plate to serve and enjoy!
