– salted or not salted, although we always buy salted butter.

Whole Button Mushrooms
– slice them.
3.
Soy Sauce
– I recommend low sodium soy sauce.

Pantry Basics
– Minced Garlic & Pepper

HOW TO MAKE
1.
Melt butter in a
skillet
and add mushrooms. During this time the mushrooms will released their juices.

Add in minced garlic, soy sauce and a pinch of pepper into the skillet.

Continue cooking until the liquid has evaporated and you have saucy mushrooms left.
