SLOW COOKER CABBAGE  SOUP

READY IN 6 HOURS ON LOW

INGREDIENTS: 1. Meat. You’ll need 1 pound of ground beef. Since we’re slow cooking it I recommend a ground beef that has less fat, this will prevent the soup from becoming greasy. 2. Onion & Garlic 3. Cabbage. One medium-sized head of cabbage, core removed and chopped. 4. Cans. You’ll need pinto beans, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. 5. Beef Broth 6. Salt & Pepper to taste.

How long does Cabbage Soup take to cook in the Slow Cooker? This soup takes 20 minutes to prep, and 6 hours, cooked on low, in the slow cooker.

Brown ground beef, along with onion and garlic.

Add cans of pinto beans and diced tomatoes…

And cabbage…

And tomato sauce, beef broth, salt and pepper.

Now give all the ingredients a good stir. Cover and cook for 6 hours.
