Sausage Potato And Pepper Casserole

SIMPLE RECIPE WITH LESS DISHES

No need for skillets and a bunch of dirty dishes. All you need is one 9x13 baking dish cooked until potatoes are tender and sausage is fully cooked.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Italian sausage 2. Potatoes 3. Bell peppers 4. Onion 5. Chicken broth 6. Garlic 7. Seasoning: paprika,  salt & pepper,  italian seasoning

DON'T HAVE GREEN & RED PEPPERS?

Feel free to use 2 green peppers, 2 red peppers, or a mixture of whatever color peppers you have available.  

WANT TO MAKE IT SPICY? 

It's ok to use hot italian sausage instead of mild sweet sausage if you like things spicier.  

HOW TO MAKE

1. Add all of the ingredients into a 9×13 baking dish, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to fully combine all the ingredients together.

2. Cook in the oven until potatoes are softened and tender.

CAN I FREEZE IT? 

This casserole freezes great!  After cooling, cover the casserole dish with plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Transfer to the freezer and freeze.
