Raspberry Jam

This raspberry jam is made in 10 minutes. All you need is 1 pint of fresh raspberries, honey and lemon juice. NO pectin or sugar required!

make sure to freeze some!

I always make 2 jars – one to store in the refrigerator and one to store in the freezer!

iNGREDIENTS:

fresh raspberries (just 1 pint!) lemon juice honey

NO SUGAR RECIPE

You only need 1/4 cup honey, which is plenty of sweetness.  If you don't have honey, and you want to make it with sugar, you can substitute the 1/4 cup honey with 1/2 cup sugar.  But again – I’d try it with honey first if you can.

HOW TO MAKE

1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan and stir.

2. Bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes until jam consistensy.

3. Allow to cool and then refrigerate for whenever you want a yummy piece of toast with jam!

CAN I FREEZE JAM?

Yes, I do all the time! Put the raspberry jam into a mason jar after it's cooled down and then place in the freezer.  Tip: If you buy jam in the store, save the glass jar (and lid!) and use for this jam!
