PEANUT BUTTER DONUTS
Easy baked peanut butter donuts recipe with a simple vanilla glaze on top.
Add vegetable oil, butter, milk and egg in a bowl.
Add sugar, vanilla and peanut butter.
And mix until creamy.
Add in flour, baking powder and salt.
And continue mixing.
Spoon batter into a donut pan.
Clean off the holes for pretty looking donuts.
Bake.
While the donuts are baking prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together.
OH LA LA, don't they look gorgeous?
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before popping them out.
Dip each donut into the vanilla glaze.
