Oven Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes

Buttery Yukon Gold potatoes are coated in olive oil, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder and then baked in the oven for 25 minutes.

ingredients:

– chopped potatoes olive oil – garlic powder – salt – pepper – chili powder

WHAT TEMPERATURE TO ROAST POTATOES AT?

Cook at 425 degrees F.

HOW TO MAKE

1. First, cube up the potatoes into bite size pieces. These are Yukon Golds which means they have thin skins which means you don’t need to peel them – score!

2. Place them on a baking sheet.

3. Pour olive oil on top of the potatoes, followed by garlic powder, salt & pepper and chili powder.

4. Bake the potatoes, flipping occasionally, until roasted and a fork easily slides in.

5. Remove from oven and serve!

When you remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top to melt on the potatoes as they cool down.
