Potato Salad (With Ranch Dressing)

SCARED OF MAYO?

I know not everyone loves potato salad made with mayonnaise, so to make it super creamy we’re going to use ranch salad dressing instead!

don't peel the potatoes!

This recipe uses red potatoes which has very thin skins, making peeling uncessary.    Put the peeler back in the drawer!

iNGREDIENTS:

– red potatoes – celery – onion (green or yellow) – ranch salad dressing – chili powder – salt & pepper

HOW TO MAKE

1. Boil 2 pounds of red potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, celery, onion, Ranch Salad Dressing, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Cover and chill. 4. Serve and enjoy!

HOW LONG TO CHILL?

Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours.

STORING LEFTOVERS

Remember to store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 3-5 days.
