NEW YORK CHEESECAKE

AUTHENTIC | EASY | OH SO CREAMY!

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Press this mixture into the bottom of the pan.

Mix cream cheese and sugar together.

Use a hand mixer but be careful not to over mix  these ingredients!

Slowly add in the milk and eggs while mixing. Add in sour cream, vanilla and flour and mix until smooth.

Pour filling into pan on top of crust.  YUM!!!!!!

Bake in the oven for 1 hour.

But wait! Here's the secret! After 1 hour, turn the oven off and let the cake cool in the oven with the door closed for 3 hours. This will prevent cracking.

Serve as is, or add your favorite topping, like cherry pie filling or sliced strawberries.
