Creamy Kielbasa Sausage and Kale Soup made on the stovetop. You’ll love this thick stew made with pieces of kielbasa, kale and potatoes.

Add chicken broth, butter, potatoes and carrots into a large soup pot.

Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are soft.

Remove half of the potatoes and carrots and set aside.

Use an immersion blender and blend the broth with remaining vegetables until creamy.

Add sausage, kale, salt and pepper into the pot.

Stir, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Yum! So creamy!

Add remaining potatoes and carrots back into the pot.
