Irish 🍀  Potato Candy (St. Patrick's Day Recipe)

You need butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, shredded coconut, vanilla and cinnamon.

Beat softened butter and cream cheese together in a bowl. 

Add powdered sugar and vanilla into the bowl and continue beating.

Add shredded coconut and mix with a spoon.

Shape into small potato shapes and roll in cinnamon.

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and chill for 2 hours.

Now the best part,  time to eat them!
