Green Bean and Potato Casserole

for Thanksgiving


– Unsalted butter – Potatoes – Fresh green beans – Fresh broccoli florets – Cream of mushroom soup – Milk – Black pepper – Shredded white cheddar   cheese

Add potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add green beans and broccoli and cook for 5 more minutes. Drain.

Butter your baking dish, and whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk and pepper.

Add potatoes, green beans and broccoli to the baking dish. Use a spoon and mix so all of the veggies are coated in mushroom soup mixture. Cover and bake.

Remove from oven, and sprinkle shredded cheese on top of casserole and bake uncovered.

Serve and enjoy!
