CINNAMON SUGAR PUMPKIN  MUFFINS

Super soft, fluffy and moist Pumpkin Muffins coated in cinnamon sugar that taste like donuts! Simply mix the ingredients together, pour into a muffin pan and bake. You can make them either full size or mini muffins – both times are provided in recipe.

how long do muffins take in the oven?

It depends on the size of the muffin. Full size muffins will take about 22 minutes while mini muffin take about 13 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

PUMPKIN PUREE VEGETABLE OIL EGGS VANILLA SUGAR PUMPKIN PIE SPICE BAKING POWDER SALT FLOUR BUTTER CINNAMON

HOW TO MAKE

1. Mix together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt together.

2.  Add flour and keep mixing until you have a smooth dough.

3. Pour mixture into a muffin pan that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray. You can use full size or mini muffin pans.

4. Bake, remove from oven, allowing them to cool down for a few minutes.

5. Use a brush to lightly brush each muffin top with melted butter. You can also dip them in a shallow bowl of butter if you do’t have a brush.

6. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl and then sprinkle this sugar mixture on top of each muffin, until all the sugar is gone.

7. Serve them warm and enjoy!
