Crockpot Stuffing

INGREDIENTS:
1. Stuffing (cubed)
2. Onion
3. Celery
4. Parsley
5. Broth (chicken or vegetable)
6. Butter

Seasonings:
salt, pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, poulty seasoning.

1. Cook onion, celery and parsley in butter in a large skillet. This smells SO GOOD!

2. Add stuffing cubes spices into a large (!) bowl. Seriously, make sure it’s large.

3. Add the vegetables in butter sauce.

4. Add chicken broth, a little at a time until the stuffing is lightly moistened.

5. Add beaten eggs in and stir to fully mix it all together.

6. Spray a crockpot with nonstick spray to prevent sticking and then add in stuffing mixture.

CAN I FREEZE STUFFING?
You can freeze leftover stuffing for 3 months by putting it in a freezer safe storage container, or freezer bag and then freeze it.
