After it’s done cooking remove ¼ of ingredients and blend. Add it back into the crockpot and then stir. This will make a more thick and creamy version of creamed corn.
Leftover creamed corn can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
You can freeze it for 3 months by putting it in a freezer safe storage container, or freezer bag and then freeze it.
