Crockpot Creamed Corn (4 Hours On Low)

4 HOUR CROCKPOT RECIPE

This simple creamed corn can be cooked in 4 hours on LOW or 2.5 hours on HIGH.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Frozen corn 2. Cream cheese 3. Butter 4. Milk 5. Kitchen basics: sugar, salt, pepper

HOW TO MAKE

1. Add the ingredients into the slow cooker, stirring to make sure the corn is completely coated.

2. Cover and then cook on either HIGH or LOW depending on how much time you have.

MAKE IT EXTRA CREAMY

After it’s done cooking remove ¼ of ingredients and blend. Add it back into the crockpot and then stir.  This will make a more thick and creamy version of creamed corn.

HOW TO FREEZE AND STORE

Leftover creamed corn can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container. You can freeze it for 3 months by putting it in a freezer safe storage container, or freezer bag and then freeze it.
