Creamy simple blueberry smoothie using just blueberries and milk (dairy or almond), blended together to make a refreshing drink.

HOW MANY BLUEBERRIES  DO I NEED?

You need 1 cup of blueberries.

DO I NEED TO PUT ICE IN SMOOTHIES?

If you want it lightly refreshed (like out of the refrigerator), no ice is needed. But if you want a frosty drink, add a handful of ice to the blender (unless you are using frozen blueberries, then ice isn’t needed).

blueberries milk (dairy or plant) ice (optional)

What kind of milk can i use?

You can use dairy milk or plant based, such as almond, oat or soy. I prefer unsweetened vanilla almond milk for most smoothies.

HOW TO MAKE

Add everything to a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Store for tomorrow?

Want to make 2 of these, one for now, one for tomorrow? Simply cover with a lid and place in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Shake the jar before serving.
