2-Minute Canned Black Bean & Corn Salsa


Black Bean Corn Salsa that takes 2 minutes to make.  This easy salsa recipe is made using canned black beans and corn. Serve with tortilla chips or on tacos.

Here are some ideas to add in to the salsa if you'd like! 1.Chopped red onion, garlic, or shallots 2. Sliced cherry tomatoes 3. Diced jalapenos for spice. 4. Diced avocado 5. Diced cucumber 6. Lemon juice instead of lime

How To Make

1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.  2. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes. 3. Remove from refrigerator, garnishing with fresh cilantro on top (optional) 4. Serve and enjoy1

To store, keep the leftover salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
