AMISH POTATO STUFFING RECIPE

for Thanksgiving dinner!

In a large frying pan, saute the onion and celery in butter over medium high heat until the vegetables are soft.

Remove from heat and stir in bread, mashed potatoes, sage, parsley and salt and pepper.  Mix completely.

Spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray, and then pour the stuffing mixture into it. Bake. 

Serve & enjoy. Your family will love this tasty Thanksgiving side dish!
