My version of broccoli mac and cheese comes together fast — just 15 minutes stovetop — and is made with only 3 ingredients: elbow pasta noodles, melted velveeta cheese and small, chopped broccoli florets!

This recipe calls for Velveeta cheese, which is my favorite for any type of mac and cheese. It melts perfectly!

IINGREDIENTS

1. Elbow noodles 2. Velveeta cheese 3. Fresh broccoli

HOW TO MAKE

1. Boil salted water in a medium pot. Add elbow noodles and small broccoli florets. Cook for 6-7 minutes as per pasta box instructions. Drain and return to the pot.
