I definitely need this stew in my life. PB and potatoes? I’m in.

I am coming on the tail end of comments here. Delicious has been said countless time and deservedly so. What a kid friendly recipe—kind of MaryPoppins with a spoonful of sugar—-to get some carrots in their diets. Of course it isn’t always kids who have an aversion to veggies. They are definitely missing out as far as I am concerned.

Peanut butter and potato? Wow, that’s intriguing… I’m willing to try this original combo!

Looks good! This reminds me of one of the stews at a great African restaurant I went to a while back.

This looks so delicious. I love stews (and could practically live off potatoes alone) and this one I have to try the sooner the better.

What a great recipe. We make peanut butter stew a lot in Sierra leone and this reminds me of it 🙂

I love using peanut butter in savoury dishes — and this looks like a wonderfully comforting stew to combat another few weeks of cold weather before Spring comes along!

What a fun recipe Pamela! I make an African stew with peanut butter and sweet potatoes and I love that combination. It’s funny how many delicious things can be made with peanut butter besides PB&J sandwiches 🙂

Ooh, just spotted this one, Pamela. I LOVE savory dishes with peanut butter in. And a crock-pot version … even better! 🙂
