Recipes: I love making food from savory to sweet. I focus on keeping it simple in the kitchen as I don’t believe great tasting meals need to take hours to make. I also try to always include a vegetable if I can to enjoy our garden harvest. Like this 15 minute broccoli macaroni and cheese... easy, quick, cheesy and has vegetables.. what’s not to love?
Gardening: We have a rooftop garden in Brooklyn, NY where we grow all the vegetables we eat! This year we grew over 500 pounds worth! I love promoting the thought that you can grow anywhere, including a urban environment.
Cat Love: I have 5 cats and I love the heck out of them. I post stories about how awesome they are and how you should have dance parties with your own cat weekly. This is Goblin. I don’t pick favorites, but he’s popular with readers around here….
Art: I post about my life as a film director in NYC. I shoot videos like Miley Cyrus riding a cat. This is my main job in life but most people who visit this blog don’t know that. I like to talk about projects, show behind the scenes pictures and give you a glimpse into this world.
