You can create this Cheesy Meatball Texas Toast Casserole in less than 30 minutes. And it doesn’t require any prep time, cutting veggies or marinating the chicken. 

If you’re short on time, opt for frozen meatballs. I often call this recipe by leftover meatball casserole. If there’s any leftover meatball from previous dinners, I freeze them, especially for this recipe.
